We are
sure to find a price that is satisfactory for both sides. The fixing
of the prices depends on various factors, e.g. the technological content
of the investment, the number of jobs to be created, the number of
trainees, the position of the site inside the park etc.
The price in the area of the 1st development plan starts at 10.00
€. This price includes the land and the infrastructure
(public streets, ways, squares, green zones, water supply systems,
sewer systems, rainwater draining systems). For innovative technology
oriented companies is a further reduction of the price negotiable.
The Ostfalen Technology Park is completely developed.
The private companies providing gas, energy, telecommunications
have invested in the park, as well. So the short-term realization
of your connections to all media is no problem.

We recognize
that your future company's investment decisions may be limited due
to the need for expansion. We took this possibility into consideration,
we have a gradual-expandable development plan. In its first construction
phase, our plan covers an area of about 275 hectares (670 acres).
The following phases of construction allow us to expand the area to
a maximum of 900 hectares (2230 acres). Due to the fact that all of
our land has settled ownerships, this expansion is easily accomplished
without any complicated or lenghty negotiations. We have developed
tracts of land avaiable now. You can enable your company's construction
to commence immediatly. In your negotiations of purchase
you have just one partner - the Ostfalen Technology Park. |

Our
conception includes close relationships between research and production.
Logically the Innovation and Founders' Centre at Magdeburg
(Innovations- und Gründerzentrum Magdeburg, IGZ) has settled
in the Ostfalen Technology Park. Here young and technology-orientated
companies find cheap and easily designable space and the most modern
communication technology. The Innovation and Founders' Centre is a
very interesting partner for founders. |

modern communication technique. A complete new fibreoptic
cable network has been installed in our park by the Deutsche Telekom,
the most important communication company in Germany. Two young and
