The Innovation and Founder's Centre at Magdeburg (IGZ) offers newly established businessmen, highly qualified employees of scientific institutions and medium-sized companies as well as other persons interested in industry and commerce the opportunity to develop product ideas and services into a marketable commodity.
Creative surroundings, cost effective commercial rooms, state-of-the-art communications technology, facilities for common usage like meeting and conference rooms and the opportunity to utilize the comprehensive range of consulting services and amenities make it easier to establish a business and to commercialize new products and services.
TThe IGZ-buildings are based on a modular construction design offering individual space units of 12.5 m x 12.5 m in form of a modular surface grid. The prospective companies rent these and are free to adapt the room heights to their own requirements. Even two-storey rooms are possible.
