Masterplan
Ostfalen Technology Park
We developed a masterplan covering the area between the Autobahn A 2 and the federal highways B 71 and B 189. This
masterplan forms the basis for working out the more sophisticated development plans. The 1st development plan covers an
area of about 275 hectares. In following phases of construction, we can expand the area up to 900
hectares.
